Reproduction and shaping of metal parts using gravity casting, through the process of melting various metals in sand molds, which harden through chemical curing, resulting in a raw piece (both interior and exterior shapes) after cooling.
After studying the part to be made, our modeling workshop creates a 'model' that allows the production of sand molds into which we pour our alloys (all types of steel, stainless steel, refractory, and non-ferrous). This traditional foundry process is used for producing industrial, artistic, or decorative parts. The pieces known as 'as-cast' will require finishing.
